Hi, I've been having trouble with the software for the default tools, I can't seem to get them on no matter what I do on my MacOS, I tried everything, I tried restarting the software, I turn off and on my laptop to get it to work, I tried to press add from default and it still shows a failed to load no matter how many times I download it and reboot it.

I watched many video tutorials to get it back to working again and nothing seems to help, can anyone figure out on this and help me what I'm doing wrong? I'm having so much trouble with the software that I'm getting frustrated that I don't know what to do.
