How can I changed my files name if I draw on tablet and link the files in SD card?

I link my drawing files with my sd card and I want to change my files name but I don't know how to.

After loading the file you want to import from your SD card,
save it in clip format and save it to your device's internal storage.
Saving files directly to external storage or the cloud is officially not recommended.
This is because transfer speeds vary and data damage is likely to occur.
After saving to internal storage, expand Documents > Clip Studio in your file management app.
You should find the clip file you just saved.
You can change the file name from there.

You can set any save location for Galaxy, Android, and Chromebook.
It's recommended that you specify a location on the internal storage device. Create a folder that's easy to manage, or
the default location within Clip Studio is probably the safest option.
