I downloaded the material to my PC, but it doesn't appear on my mobile account.

I've only used Clip Studio Paint on PC, and this is my first time using the mobile subscription.

I have a lot of downloaded assets on my PC account, but when I access the app on mobile and check for downloaded assets, only about 10% of them are displayed.

I encountered an error while backing up my cloud settings. Could this be the cause?

Also, when I open Clip Studio Paint files I created on mobile on PC, they display a red exclamation mark indicating they can't be edited. Is this due to different versions of the PC and mobile subscriptions?
I'm still using version 1.13.2 (2023) on the PC version.

Only self-created materials can be transferred via the CLIP STUDIO Cloud.
To download ASSETS materials, log in to the material site on the device you want to download them from, open the user account icon menu, and
re-download the desired materials from "My Downloads."
All previously downloaded materials are listed.
However, materials deleted by the administrator or creator cannot be re-downloaded.

    >When opening a CLIP STUDIO PAINT file created on the mobile version on a PC, a red exclamation mark appears and editing is not possible.

You are likely using the unlimited version of version 1 (Ver. 1.13.2) for the PC version.
For Android OS devices, there is no one-time purchase option, only a subscription plan, so you can use the current latest version, 4.2.3.

If the data created with Ver. 4.2.3 includes the latest features only available in Ver. 4.2.3 or features added after Ver. 1,
it cannot be re-edited or saved in versions that do not include those features due to incompatibility.

Generally, deploying an older version on a newer version doesn't pose many problems, but the reverse is more likely.
If you have saved version compatibility information as described in the FAQ below, you may be able to deploy the data.

If you also want to match the version on your PC,
you can sign up for a separate update plan, upgrade the unlimited version by paying the difference in price, or sign up for a separate subscription plan.

The following is additional information regarding upgrading the unlimited version.
The example uses unlimited version 4.0.

About the licenses that can be used for each version
    https://support.clip-studio.com/ko-kr/faq/articles/20240070

The one-time payment unlimited version 4.0 can be used with versions 1 through 4.0.3.

Subscription plans always allow you to use the latest version.
The current latest version is 4.2.3.
    ──────────────

With the unlimited version, it is up to the user to decide whether or not to upgrade after the version purchased.
As a result, the plans have become somewhat more complicated as there are more options for which version to maintain.

    - There is also no way to skip intermediate versions and upgrade the unlimited version itself.

・The update plan described below is the most reasonable and allows you to temporarily use the latest version, but it does not upgrade the unlimited version itself.

    ──────────────
Unlimited version Ver. 4.0 can be used with versions 1 through 4.0.3.

There are three ways to use Ver. 4.1.0 or later:

    - Apply for a separate update plan, which is available exclusively to owners of any of the unlimited versions and allows temporary access to the latest version.

(This is the most reasonable option, but there are some caveats.
    - Since the unlimited version itself is not upgraded, it will revert to the version you originally owned after the period ends.
    - It is a one-year contract, but it will automatically renew unless canceled.
    - While the plan is in effect, you cannot upgrade the unlimited version itself (the unlimited version itself) with preferential upgrades or change the grade (PRO or EX).)

    - Upgrade the unlimited version itself (the unlimited version itself) sequentially with preferential upgrades.
(Currently, there are major upgrades every year, which is more expensive than the update plan, but is suitable if you want to be sure to get up to that version.)

*After 5.0 is released, you can apply for an upgrade from the unlimited version 4.0.
(As the version is not yet available for sale, the only way to use the latest version is through an update plan or a subscription.)

    - Use a subscription plan
(The latest version is always available regardless of device.
This is counted as a separate license from any perpetual version you own.)

    - Do not upgrade

You can choose one of the above.
    ──────────────

For details on update plans, please refer to the details and flowchart below.

Please be sure to read the notes.

    ■Note
After signing up for an update plan, your perpetual/paid-up license will be temporarily disabled until the end of your contract.
↑This was briefly mentioned in the summary of key points, but
while the change is in effect, the unlimited version will be linked to the update plan and will switch to that, meaning that version upgrades and upgrades will be impossible.
