I had to do a clean wipe of my computer, how do I bring back settings, brushes and preferences from a back up?

For the PC version, if you're transferring between PCs with the same OS, you can transfer by backing up the entire CELSYS folder in the location listed in the FAQ above,
and then "replacing" (not overwriting) the CELSYS folder on the device you want to transfer to.
For iOS, since the operating systems are different, if you haven't backed up your app settings to CLIP STUDIO Cloud beforehand,
there's nothing to transfer, so it may be difficult.
