CSP on PC only registers my pen if touch settings are enabled and can only rotate the canvas.

Just got CSP, and I've run into a problem immediately. I have a Huion tablet, and drawing works fine in every other app. When I try to draw on a new canvas in CSP, my pen only rotates the canvas instead of drawing. I've tried disabling touch mode, but that renders my pen unable to do anything at all on the canvas itself. The program only seems to recognize my pen if the touch settings are enabled, specifically the "two finger rotation" option. Any help would be appreciated.

8 days agoThat's strange. If it's PC-only, there's no touch mode...
Try fiddling with the options in Settings - Touch Gestures.
Sometimes, the device you're using gets confused. For example, is it a touch-enabled laptop or a laptop-like tablet? (Recently, there was a post about the Yoga Book.)- Korean

There may be interference from security software, so please check after configuring exclusions.

It's likely that the driver version for your pen tablet is incompatible.
If it works in other apps but not in CLIP STUDIO PAINT, try using a different driver version.
The latest driver version is not always compatible.
After uninstalling the current driver, restart your device, and then try a different driver version, repeating this process until it is compatible.- Japanese
