My card has changed and my payment is being declined. I want to change my payment card. What should I do? I can't use it. Can I just change the card? Or do I need to re-purchase the ticket?

8 days agoWhat platform do you use CSP on? Through the app store on apple devices, or PC, etc? You should just be able to swap out payment info.

8 days agoWhere can I find the screen to change my payment information after logging into the website on my PC? Under Plan Management, my contract information says "Cancellation Completed." Do I need to re-subscribe? Can I contact the call center? I also keep getting more than four rejection texts a day.
