My card has changed and my payment is being declined. I want to change my payment card. What should I do? I can't use it. Can I just change the card? Or do I need to re-purchase the ticket?

    What platform do you use CSP on? Through the app store on apple devices, or PC, etc? You should just be able to swap out payment info.

    Where can I find the screen to change my payment information after logging into the website on my PC? Under Plan Management, my contract information says "Cancellation Completed." Do I need to re-subscribe? Can I contact the call center? I also keep getting more than four rejection texts a day.
