I bought this tool to speed up my work, but it's torture to work with because of the lag!

It was easy to connect, but from the beginning, when I press each button, the problem is when I release it, because it takes 1 second to change tools and that's frustrating, because I'm a superfast typist.

I've been using it for 3 days, and today, out of nowhere, the Tabmate responded immediately (???) even though I had about 20 tabs open in Chrome, a video playing, another on YouTube, and 3 files open, including a heavy animation file. My PC isn't bad and can handle all that. But when I switched to the keyboard for a while and then back to the Tabmate, it was slow again. Yesterday it was even slower, taking 2–3 seconds every time I switched tools…

I use a generic Bluetooth (4.0) and had it connected to the black USB port (2.0) when all this happened. Then I looked for information, and they recommended switching to the blue port (3.0), which I did, but it's still the same.

Additional info: I use Win10-64bits and an Intel-i9 processor.

I don't know what to do.
