What license do you have?
Do you have a two-device subscription plan?
If so, you can normally use it by activating (registering) the license on each device.

As mentioned in the previous answer, the one-time purchase perpetual version license is limited to PC (Windows/Mac).
The license cannot be used on devices other than PC.

To prevent unauthorized use, there is a limit on the number of times each license can be activated.
You cannot switch between multiple devices with one subscription license (single device plan).
You must apply for each device you will be using.
Switching activations due to device malfunction or replacement is expected.
Please check carefully as the terms of use vary for each license.
If you have reached the limit, your only option is to contact official support and request cancellation.
