How do I update my Clip Studio app on my laptop?

I have a one-time purchase perpetual license that is in version 4.0.3. I want to upgrade to the latest version and I have tried to yesterday beacuse my app offered it but when I tried to install it it just said that I needed to restart my laptop. But today that little "upgrade" button was gone. I don't really know how to upgrade now. And do I have to pay for it?
