If the downloaded materials are not also in the CLIP STUDIO (START) admin screen,
you may be logged in with a different CLIP STUDIO account.

Each person is limited to one CLIP STUDIO account.
You are not allowed to create or possess multiple accounts.
If it's the same one you're currently using for ASK, and that's it, then there shouldn't be any problems with your CLIP STUDIO account itself.
Account ≠ license.
You can have multiple licenses.
