CSP discount? Pro v1 to Pro v4 to EX v4

so this is not an art doubt, its about the program
been using CSP since like 2019 or 2020, the Pro v1
and i want to upgrade it to EX v4 but its quite pricey at the moment so im thinking of getting pro v4 (new license) and i want to know if when the discounts arrive i can then get the discount when i upgrade from Pro v4 to EX v4
if not then i guess i'll keep saving up to buy EX v4 directly
