I followed all the steps to get the 3-month free trial for Clip Studio Paint on my PC (Windows 10). I picked the trial option, entered my credit card info but instead of the trial starting, I got charged and didn't get the 3 months for free.
Just to be clear, this is my first time ever getting a CSP plan. I've never used a free trial before.
How do I actually activate the trial or get my money back? Any help would be awesome. Thanks!!

Many people mistakenly believe that a charge had been incurred.
If you have indeed confirmed the deduction log, please report it to official support as soon as possible using the dedicated form.
