If I purchase the PRO version (one-time payment version) and the startup code is already in use when switching computers, and there's no button to switch computers/devices, what should I do?

    Do you mean there's no switch button?
    Do you have a screenshot of what it looks like?
    If you have one, try attaching an image with only the parts that shouldn't be included blacked out.
    Sometimes this message doesn't appear and you can just use it as is.

    Or are both CLIP STUDIO accounts the same?

    You would have to sign out of the old computer and sign into the new one, but if you sign into the new one, you should be able to deactivate the account on your old computer without having to do it manually because a prompt will show up to deactivate your old account.

    If your version is 1, you'll probably need to buy at least a 2.0 update package.
