I redownloaded Clip Studio Paint and even renewed my annual license. However, when I try to open the app, it doesn't open. I also tried opening it through task manager and the app doesn't appear. I have redownloaded/reinstalled and also restarted my computer multiple times. I also turned off security so the app can open. I work on a Razer 16 laptop with the latest drives and stuff, so why is this happening?

    Please check if CLIPStudioPaint.exe is present in the default installation location of CLIP STUDIO PAINT.

    If it is not in the default location, it may not function correctly.

    If OneDrive is syncing or automatically syncing is enabled, CELSYS-related folders may be moved there automatically, which may cause malfunctions.

    You need to unsync and then move the CELSYS-related folders back to their original locations.
