I want to buy a Smart phone plan as well as for my laptop. I already bought for my phone but now I want to buy for my computer? Can I buy two plans with one account or will it cancel my phone plan. I'm planning to buy the plan from my phone since it's easier.

Yes you can have multiple licenses on your Clip Studio Account. I've got a v1 Pro license, v5 EX license, and a Pro subscription.

CLIP STUDIO accounts are limited to one per person.
Please be careful not to create and possess multiple accounts.
    Account ≠ License.

You can create and possess multiple licenses.
Please use only the account you are currently using on ASK to purchase licenses for the necessary devices from the same account.

The smartphone plan itself is a license that can only be used on smartphone devices.

For PC use, you need either an additional Subscription 1 Device Plan or a Ver. 5.0 perpetual license (one-time purchase).

Subscription plans allow you to always use the latest version regardless of the device, but you cannot switch between multiple devices repeatedly with just one license (one-device plan).
You need to subscribe for each device you intend to use.

When purchasing a new license from a smartphone, please be careful not to accidentally activate it on the smartphone.
Perform license activation (license registration) on the PC device you will be using.

Note that the PC version does not automatically switch to the purchased license.
You can use it by activating the purchased license from the License Confirmation/Change section in the CLIP STUDIO PAINT Help menu.
