CSP not compatible with XP Pen Magic Drawing Tablet

I went to update v.5 to my tablet. And I get the error that the tablet is not compatible with the app. If I delete the app, I won't be able to download it because it doesn't even pop up in the app store. Any suggestions?
Note: I sent an email to XP Pen, but my hopes on a response are very very low

16 days agoYour Android version might be outdated.
If the app was already installed, you should have been able to continue using the older version.
However, if you deleted it, I don't think you can reinstall it.

16 days agoOld Magic Drawing tablet (2024) or new Magic Drawing tablet (2025)? They released a stealth hardware update that bumped the Android version to Android 14 rather than update the first version past Android 12.

It seems you should inquire with XP-PEN's official support about whether they can exchange it for one with a compatible OS version.
I asked the person who provided the answer at the above link whether there is official information about an exchange policy, but the details are unclear.
It is unclear whether the exchange is free of charge.
