I've been asked to create a life-size panel.
The printing company has requested that the image resolution be 200dpi or higher and the size be "actual size," but I can't figure out how to set the canvas size even after researching it...
The panel is expected to be approximately 170cm tall and 70cm wide.
I would appreciate it if you could tell me how to set the canvas settings.
Thank you in advance.

10 days agoI don't know which printing company it is, but I think the sizes they can handle vary from company to company, so

↑Example: It would be best to ask them in detail about the extent to which they can handle sizes other than the standard sizes.- Japanese

10 days agoIf the instruction is "[Actual Size]", it means that it should be created at the same size as the panel (170cm high, 70cm wide).
This likely means that the printing company will not enlarge or reduce the size.
File → New → In the settings screen, set the [Units] item in the upper right corner to [cm]
→ Set height to 170cm/width to 70cm → Set [Resolution] to 200dpi
Contact the printing company to see if a [bleed] is necessary and set it according to their specifications.
Normally, you would add 3mm to all sides, but this may not apply to the large size.- Japanese
