uploading a brush using "additional materials" from clip studio official texture catalogue

as far as i'm aware the "additional materials" section are "default" textures made by csp with the caveat that they are downloadable as oppose to already come with the app/program, so my question is if i can make personal brushes using csp default textures and upload them? or even their default selection of textures are also not ok for uploading in the asset page?

Similar to your idea, I've seen materials that haven't been removed, even though they've been published with a note saying something like, "This brush set is best used in conjunction with the default XX texture included in CSP's additional materials."
As the guidelines state, it seems like it would be okay to upload a brush that you created yourself from scratch, along with an example of its use and this note.
