I made a mistake with the update plan and want a refund. Is there a way to get a refund?

I use Paint Pro, and I saw an update plan. I thought that if I paid the 34,000 won annual EX plan, I could use EX for 34,000 won per year, so I clicked apply in the EX section. However, it redirected me to the Pro upgrade section, and I was upgraded to Pro. I tried looking online to get a refund, but while other people have the "Cancel" button in the area circled in red, I don't. It said the first month is a free plan and that no money would be charged, but the money was deducted anyway. I am posting this question because I don't know how to get a refund. I made the payment on the official website. Also, I entered the activation code into my account during the process; could this cause any issues?

    Here's some additional information about the update plan.

    Important notes are listed in the FAQ regarding the update plan contract.

    ■ Important Notice
    After signing up for the update plan, your perpetual license will be permanently disabled until the plan expires.

    ↑This means that while the perpetual license is active, it will be linked to the update plan and switched to that plan.
    Therefore, it is not possible to upgrade the version or change the grade (from PRO to EX) of the perpetual license itself (the perpetual license itself) through the promotion.

    The update plan will carry over the grade of your existing perpetual license.


    Your current perpetual license is still at the PRO level and hasn't been upgraded to EX.

    To use the EX version of the upgrade plan, you need to cancel your current upgrade plan and then change the upgrade level of the perpetual license itself.

    I don't know which version of the perpetual PRO license you have.

    Also, the upgrade plan is a one-year contract and automatically renews unless you cancel it.

    Canceling the upgrade plan isn't an immediate cancellation;
    If you have remaining usage time, you can use it until the end of that period, so it's merely a cancellation reservation.

    If the remaining usage time is short and within an acceptable range, you can request a forced cancellation that will forfeit the entire remaining period.

    Please contact official support directly.

    Forfeiting the remaining days is wasteful, so if you have a long period remaining, it's probably safer to just reserve the cancellation.

    If you're in a hurry,
    it might be best to temporarily use the monthly 1-device plan EX through a separate subscription plan.

    Purchase the unlimited EX5.0 version separately during a sale.
    (This eliminates the need to change the grade of your existing unlimited version or the hassle of paying the difference to upgrade versions sequentially. The license is counted separately from your current license.)

    Please be careful not to create and possess multiple accounts.
