Please check the email you received when you created your account.

It might be better to contact official support directly.

Please note that CLIP STUDIO accounts are limited to one per person.
You are not supposed to have multiple accounts.

If you find an older account that may be linked to some kind of license,
we recommend contacting official support to have your accounts merged.

Logically, you would use email to obtain a license or trial version license, so the relevant email should be in your mailbox's email list.
What email address do you normally use?
If you know your email address, you can check your email online and search your mailbox for "CELSYS"; emails from CELSYS should be picked up and found.
If you find information about a lost past account, rather than your current one, it means you were at least registered with a CELSYS account using that email address.

If you have already lost your email address (you can't access your emails because you've forgotten your original mailbox ID and password), haven't saved any of the original email content regarding your CELSYS account contract, and can no longer activate your CLIP STUDIO PAINT license (you don't even know your license contract number), then it will be difficult to verify your identity.

A handle name (nickname) can be freely changed to any name you like, so if identity verification could be done using only that, it would be a security issue and therefore difficult.

For example, if you've registered any materials on CLIP STUDIO ASSETS, posted an article on CLIP STUDIO TIPS, or previously written on CLIP STUDIO ASK, viewing those listings will reveal who the poster is, which could be a clue.

Using that account as a clue, contacting official support will likely allow them to ask you various verification questions.

If you can answer those questions accurately, that should solve the problem.
