I lost mail that contain my activation/serial numbers. I'm trying to write a mail to users support, require me an order ID which i don't know where to find it

21 days agoIf you have already switched to a license, you can check your license here:

Activation codes are primarily for perpetual licenses.
Monthly and annual plans do not have activation codes.
If your contract information is not listed, please contact official support using the dedicated form.

19 days agoIf you have an unlimited license and already have a license number, you should simply activate the license.

However, the CLIP STUDIO PAINT you install must be the same version as your license or an earlier version.
For example, a Ver. 4 license cannot be used with a program of Ver. 4.1 or higher.
