There are no QR codes that can be scanned directly, so you need to download the material from the link, and if it's compressed in a zip file, you need to decompress it and then load each sut file.

Generally, materials downloaded from sources other than CLIP STUDIO ASSETS are compressed into zip files, so you need to scan the QR code, download the file, and then extract it.

You should be able to load brush files (sut files, etc.) by dragging and dropping them into the tool group (subtool) palette.

To scan a QR code on a PC, right-click the QR code and perform an image search; shouldn't that show the link?

By the way, are you sure it's a Clip Studio Paint brush?

I don't recall ever hearing of using QR codes to download them. Isn't it a QR code for an ibisPaint brush, meant for direct scanning?

In that case, Clip Studio Paint might not be able to read or download it.
