Subsrcibtion promblem

I needed to purchase a 3-month premium subscription for free (trial). At first, it gave an error, but then it accepted my card, and for some reason, the payment went through as if it were for a monthly subscription. There definitely couldn't be an error; I've never purchased a Clip Studio subscription before. Can I get a refund or renew my subscription?
