Using the Hand tool to pan the canvas causes visible horizontal tearing — the top and bottom of the screen show two different, out-of-sync moments of the image at once. Happens in any window size (maximized or small), any zoom level. Does anyone know how to fix this? Spent the whole day trying Reddit/Google search/Claude fixes that don't work.
System: Windows 10, RTX 3090 (clean driver reinstall via DDU), single 60Hz monitor (Dell 42"), no G-Sync/VRR. Reproduced on both CSP Ver. 3.0.0 and Ver. 4.0.0 EX.

It's probably best to contact official support directly.
For the PC version, reinstallation is easy. If you're experiencing problems, it's common to try reinstalling using the procedure in the FAQ.

For devices other than PCs, uninstalling will remove all associated files. (Pre-backup is required.)
After uninstalling according to the procedure, we recommend restarting your device before reinstalling.

11 days agoThank you for your reply, the problem was happening with V3 so I upgraded to V4, so that would be a new install and issue still happens. I extended support for 10 as soon as it was available, that doesn't seem like it would have anything to do with screen tearing. I will try the official support site.
