Using a monitor as extended-screen to stash menus for IPAD Pro

When I was using my Wacom Cintique, id stash most of my menus on one or even two other screens so that all my Cintique screen could be utilized for the canvas when working with Photoshop and Illustrator.
Can i do that with my IPAD PRO as well?

While screen sharing programs for Apple devices do exist, both devices (tablet and PC) must be Apple products.

I have seen people connect an iPad to an Apple laptop, but I haven't seen anyone use it with just a monitor.

    Let's search hard.

Thank you for your help. I figured it might be something like that, and that makes sense.
