I was wondering if I am able to change the language of my clipstudio paint into other languages despite I bought it in english website. I heard that the serial number followed the language we use when we buy it on the website, but that information i found was like 6 years ago, is there any update about this? or is it permanent rules that what we bought in which language, then the software's language will follow? does this also applied to annual license?
