Multi-Monitor + Wacom + CSP Tablet/Display/CSP canvas mapping problem.

There is something wrong with the mapping between the Wacom Tablet and the CSP Canvas

I'm using windows 10, Wacom Intuos S 2018 w/o Bluetooth. My old Intuos Pro also had this problem in the past but was usually mysteriously fixed by me fiddling around.

The position of my pen on the tablet is matching the cursor position on the screen, but when I start to draw a line, it appears on a different part of my canvas, and the line is about 2 times longer than how far my cursor has moved.

I'm suspecting a bug in CSP when it deals with Windows Display Scaling and/or just with the multi-monitor setup.

My setup:
Monitor on the Left = 4K monitor with Windows Display Scaling at 175% in portrait mode(vertical)
Monitors in Middle and Right: 1080P monitor
Tablet: Wacom Intuos S 2018 w/o Bluetooth, Intuos M Pro (5th gen), both with default pen.

Wacom settings: (in both General profile and CSP profile)
Use Windows Ink = OFF
Screen Area = My main monitor in the middle
Force Proportions = ON

CSP settings:
Using tablet service = Wintab
*Tablet PC mode with Windows Ink ON will have correct mapping, but the button on my pen stops working, and I need to use it.
Tablet Operation area with application = OFF
*Turning this option on when setting it to my main monitor produces the same problem, only weirder.

Can anyone help me solve this problem or send a bug report/support ticket to Celsys? I can't find a proper support/bug report page in English that I can submit a form. Meanwhile, I'm going to try restarting my computer to see if it fixes itself.
