Dragging canvas clears the layer.

So I just came around a glitch where every time I drag the canvas around to a new area, the active art layer would suddenly disappear or clear off and there is no Undo history to it. As if all the work I done was suddenly deleted on that layer. It goes to all layers where I draw on and were dragged on. It just goes blank. Anyone got any clues?
I am on a Windows 10 computer with a 13' Wacom Cintiq HD tablet. The tablet works fine with Photoshop.
