I work on page cartoon.
When editing in the webtoon way, I always work with the cut and the vector layers inside
It is very difficult to change the thickness of the cut border line by adjusting the layer by merging each space.
So I resized the box with the object tool, but the picture is in place, and the box only moves.
Can you adjust the size of the frame while adjusting the image with the inside of the frame?
