After reinstalling on Surface Go Windows 10 Home, the display of the program is cut off all around, so that Menu and tools are not visible.

5 years agoPlease try "Shift + Tab" key to redisplay the menu bar.
Tools and pallets will be able to be redisplayed from the "Window" menu once the menu bar is restored.
