Graphics Tablet only shows eyedropper

I have a budget tablet- Huion H420. It always worked before, but for some reason every time the pen gets near it, the cursor turns into an eyedropper and actively selects every color it passes over. I tried checking the settings on the graphics tablet's app, and I tried it in different programs as well. It seems to be a problem with Clip Studio alone
