Good for Scan Groups?

Just recently I came across this website/software while I was searching for Photoshop alternatives. My question is would this be better to use for manga scanlation groups (i.e typesetting, redrawing, cleaning, and etc) or simply continue using Photoshop?

1. CSP is much cheaper than PS
2. CSP is specialized software for comic and illustration creation
3. You have set of tools which will speed up your workflow ( awesome line tools, vector erase, word balloons, various fill/bucket options etc)
4. Clean up tools, convert brightness to opacity...all helpful commands for black/white graphics

1. You can't transform/rotate text unless rasterized
2. There are no text warp effects ( arc, bulge etc)
3. Text layers are rasterized when exporting to PSD- English
