Unable to Use Downloads from Clip Assets

After downloading from Clip Assets, nothing appears in the Download folder in Clip Studio Paint. I am using CSP EX. There were no problems with Pro. Is this a new update?
The first download allowed the material and brush folders to show up in the Download folder in Clip Studio Paint. However, there was nothing in the folders, so I was not able to use the brushes I downloaded. Now even this has disappeared. Clicking INSTALL MATERIALS doesn't do anything; I am not able to install the materials in the CELSYS folder that automatically appeared in My Documents. The INSTALL MATERIALS option worked in an older version of CSP and then vanished in an update. Now it's back and it doesn't seem to work?
I'd appreciate some help with this, thanks!

5 years agoI think that part of the issue is that you are logged out of your account in the Clip Studio launcher, which operates independently of the browser website.
When you download materials from the assets store, it should automatically download to Paint if you are logged into the launcher. When you are logged out of the launcher that's when it downloads as a zip file to your download/documents folder without touching the actual software. You can still load the materials to paint, but you'll be required to manually install the files.
