Pen Pressure isnt working?

Not too long a go, my pen pressure on my tablet has not been working though it seems to work on any other app.
I am using a surface pro (I dont know of what type, I just know that it isnt old) and I have tried other things before like turning off and on my tablet and replaced batteries in my pen but nothing seems to work.
I have been forcing myself to draw on paper and I really miss drawing digitally so please, I really need help!
