5 years agoIs there a mistake in entering numbers and letters of serial numbers?
If you received the serial number by e-mail, copy it with 30 digit character string and intermediate hyphen and paste it in the input field.
For packages, please pay attention to the following while carefully looking at the serial number.
Numbers used in serial number: 0123456789.
The alphabet used in the serial number: A, B, C, D, E, F, H, J, K, L, M, N, P, R, S, T, U, W.
Alphabets not used in serial number: G, I, O, Q, V, X, Y, Z.
Lower case alphabets are not used in the serial number.
