File Cannot be registered as a subtool problem

I have a couple of brushes that will not register themselves as a subtool brush. Examples of the brushes that I am having problems with are https://assets.clip-studio.com/en-us/detail?id=1727942 and https://assets.clip-studio.com/en-us/detail?id=1727331 .
I have updated the program and I have tried re-downloading the brushes but I'm still having this problem.

5 years agoI tried downloading it and tried dragging and dropping it on the sub tool, but I could register and use it without any problems.
I said that "I updated the program", did you confirm that it is neatly ver.1.8.2?
