Downloading Clip Studio onto my new computer (have used license twice)?

I bought CSP when I had my first laptop, which essentially died, and got replaced "temporarily" with my dad's old computer. I ended up using it much much longer than expected, so I downloaded and authenticated it on the second computer. Now, I'm finally able to afford a new desktop of my own to last me long-term, but I've already downloaded and authenticated CSP twice. I am still using my previous computer while I wait for new parts, so I can still access everything. I think my first laptop is semi-accessible and somewhere, just very difficult to use, so if necessary I can use it too.

I just want to know if it is possible to license CSP on my new computer, if I do something to un-authenticate (?) it on my old computer(s), or anything along those lines. I'm a little dumb with this kind of thing (haha) so I would appreciate a clear explanation.

Let your "first laptop" be "A".
Let your "father's old computer" be "B".
Already "A" and "B" are registered as licenses.

If you attempt to license the new desktop "C" with your own serial number, you will be notified of the license release of "A" and "B".
If you follow the instructions to cancel the license, "A" and "B" licenses will be canceled. (Both are invalid)
If the cancellation is successful, there is no computer licensed with the serial number you own at that point.

License registration is possible to any two of "A", "B" and "C" by revision.
