I am making illustrations that need to be exported in 24 bit instead of 32 bit color. Is this possible? How do I do that?

While there is no automated "save for web" feature available in Clip Studio, you do have an option to scale down an images quality when you export as jpeg, which is what adobe's save for web feature does. Depending on the colors on your image you can reduce the image's quality a significant amount without any visible decrease in visual quality.
I used a colorful image of a cat to test this and even with half the quality on export I couldn't see any diminishing quality, but managed to reduce the file size to 1/4 of the original. I was able to go as low as 10, which is where I started to see the quality diminish, which resulted in a file size less than 1/10 the original.

If you don't want to manually do this, you may want to go ahead and export it to another program if it makes you more comfortable.
