Catalogs/bunches wont register as subtool??

I've managed to download different catalogs of brushes (some of which cost gold) and when i try to turn them into subtools i get an error box that says "This file cannot be registered to sub tool palette". I have no problem registering brushes that are downloaded individually but when they part of a catalog they wont register. Please help!!

5 years agoSince it is not possible to easily try if the brush which can not be registered in the sub tool is charged
Can I contact the provider by direct mail?
