why when register serial number it is invalid

I am trying to register my serial number on the Clip Studio site (Japanese version). When I tried to register my serial number for ClipStudioPaint, it said the number was invlaid. I am assuming this is because I purchased ClipStudio through, and in English, so entering the English serial number on the Japanese site it invlaid. Wondering how to get the Japanese version of the serial number? Or if I am incorrect and the language ClipStudio was purchased under is not important.. How do I register my serial number if it says its invalid?

5 years agoEven if it is a Japanese version, it is not possible to register "regular download version" as a product there.
(You can register there in packaged versions or downloaded versions purchased through Amazon account settlement.
EX only has downloaded version of Intuos 5 Comic Edition and notes. )
