Frame1 would have a 40fps but frame 2 would have 10fps.

5 years agoThe recommendation is that you always have a constant frame rate for the final movie (eg 24fps) and if you want to have more or less drawn frames in a second, you just draw more or less frames.
What you are proposing doesn't really make sense.- English

5 years agoI think that you understand the concept of frame rate incorrectly.
Since the frame rate is a setting value for playing consecutive pictures at a constant speed, frames can not be set individually.
When assuming that the whole animation you create is the frame rate "40"
[1] [2] [2] [2] [2]
.
Frame 1 you want to display at the fastest speed is "40 fps" so repeat "same picture" of frame 2 (10 fps) that you want to show later than 4 frames.
However, 24 to 30 fps is standard for animation created by ordinary users, and fps faster than that is not very meaningful. (It is free to make)- Japanese
