Cant Download/register necessary Intuos

I bought a new intuos yesterday, and keep trying to register it, but no luck. Ive continually downloaded the thing, and have had to restart the laptop numerous times to "install" it. But Nada.
And the driver for the tablet wont open so I cant change my preferences.

5 years agoWhat can't you register? the Intuos or Clip Studio Paint?
What are you downloading without success? The Wacom driver or Clip Studio Paint install file?
If the driver is not opening, it's not installed correctly. Uninstall and reinstall it, then install Clip Studio Paint using the install file available on their website (it'll be up to date for sure).
Just enter the serial number included in your Intuos bundle (I suppose you had a free Clip Studio Paint software with your Intuos?) but make sure it's a brand new purchase (not a second-hand) because the CSP licence offered with Wacom tablets only last for 2 years.- English
