Clip Studio is Lagging when I attempt to transform or use Keyframes. How do I solve this?

I'm working on an animation project and it's become quite difficult to work with. It's only this particular file. The functions work fine on other files, even with the problem file open. Is there anything I can do to i don't know, refresh the file to have normal functionality? It's not even that large of a project. There's just something wrong with it that's jamming up transform and keyframing.

Please show the entire operation screen with a screenshot.
For the screenshot, "Snipping Tool" of Windows accessory is available.
