Problem With Smooth Lines On Paint Pro

Hi! So! Problem, which leads to question.
I can't seem to get the pen presure on my Wacom Intuos 3 pen to work. I have Clip Studio Paint Pro on my Windows 10 laptop and I just can't seem to get any of the signiture pens to work right. Many people have demonstrated these pens on Paint Pro as having smooth lines starting with a soft tip leading into a thicker line with the pressure of the stroke, but for some reason I can't seem to get it to work on my pen. All I get with a single stroke is a thick line with no tiped ends. It's really annoying.

I've tried reverting the settings on the pens back to the original on the program, restarted my computer, changed the nib on my Wacom pen, played with the stabilization and even tried a different tablet, but I'm still as confused as ever to achieve those smooth lines that so many artists have said "is one of this program's biggest selling points." Perhaps it's my tablet?

Please help me with this! Thanks so much!

    >> My Wacom Intuos 3 pen pen pressure does not seem to work. I'm on my Windows 10 laptop

I looked at the download page of Wacom,
First of all, Windows 10 drivers for Intuos 3 have not been released.
Isn't it just that it happened to work well with the old driver?
That's why it's common to get weird with Windows Update.

Yay! Actually, I looked into your advice about the software and after reinstalling my tablet, I got the pen pressure to work! Huzzah! Thanks for the tip. Your note made me think about the problem and try some different things to fix it. :)
