Hi I'm a beginner to drawing Manga/Anime! Help!

I've wanted to draw my own original manga characters.
But i know nothing about anatomy, or the foundation of drawing characters, and the only 2 drawings i've drawn in freehand, no guide lines or anything, are the drawings sent with this post, the only thing that i'd use was having an image of what i would draw on the other screen, and then draw it in Clip Studio Paint EX.
And that was in 2018.
Any tips/tricks or advice on what i should do/or start at! I want the character to have anatomy, but still look manga stylish.
