Video Card Recommendation for Clip Studio Paint

Hello Clip Studio Paint community,

I am building a new Windows 10 PC.
-Intel i9 9900K CPU
-32GB of DDR4 RAM
-Gigabyte Z390 Aorus Pro Wifi motherboard
-1TB of ADATA XPG SX8200 Pro M.2 22800 NVME SSD Drive

I've sank all my money into the CPU, RAM, and the fastest SSD that I could afford, but now I am struggling to find any information on what kind of video card to get.

So far I've seen people saying that CSP doesn't use GPU at all, and some saying the GPU would only assist with canvas rendering.

I've been looking at the new Nvida GTX 1660ti, GTX 1660, GTX 2060, and Radeon RX Vega 56 (mid-range boards that go from $225-$350 USD).

I've also heard some say to use the cheapest card I can find as long as it can drive my Wacom Cintiq Pro 24 tablet.

I would appreciate if you could provide any actual information, as I haven't been able to find any on the Clip Studio site that breaks down how the software optimizes for hardware.

For instance, what kind of rendering engine does it use for the 3D models?

Looking forward to hearing your input and experiences,

Thanks
