Setting Shortcut keys: Issue with keys defaulting

Okay I wanted to wait to see if I have maxed out all my options regarding this and now here I am:
OK so, I have changed the shortcut keys on this product so many times (6 to be specific) and it keeps reverting back to the default keys after I reopen it. It's so frustrating AND annoying!! Is there away to keep the keys as I set it after I close this program? I never had this problem with Manga Studio EX or Photoshop CS5EX. I cant have my keys set to what I am used to in other programs and it slows me down when I am working on projects and I am in the groove. Am I forgetting to click something before I close CSP-EX?
Please help me this is the 7th time this has happened and I just f*cking give up now. :(
