I would like to draw a crouching pose with my toes pointing. How can I do it well?

    I tried to draw a pose in a super-immediate situation (too messy, I'm sorry).
    I know if you try actually, but I think that it is natural that the foot is parallel to the ground when crouching with a toe. (Left side of the image)
    If you lean forward from there, it will be natural for your legs to come close to your chest like a physical education sitting ... (right side of the image)
