Is it possible to transfer clip studio paint pro onto new a new laptop?

I bought clip studio paint pro on Amazon and got a disk, I used it for about two years and it worked GREAT. I sadly no longer have the disk due to a fire and still, have my old laptop. I tried to move the file onto my new laptop (It's a Samsung laptop if that makes a difference) but it didn't work at all, I would hate to have to find another art program since I adore this one but it's looking like that will have to be the case. Is it possible to move the program onto my new laptop? If so, how?

5 years agoYou can download the installation program, so you do not have to have the installation disc.
All you need is the serial number of "CLIP STUDIO PAINT".
If you lose your serial number, please contact Celsis Support directly.
