My serial number isn’t working, how do I get it to work?

I was originally using the software on my laptop, but then I got a new computer and wanted to transfer the software onto that computer. I typed in my serial number like it asked, but it said that my serial number was either not correct or wasn’t entered. I thought that maybe I typed it wrong, but after checking it a million times it still wouldn’t take it. At this point I don’t know what else to do since I didn’t type it in wrong.

In many cases where you've entered something but you say it's wrong, the number you entered is wrong
I can not point out a mistake here
Please contact support to not accept your serial number entry
